This place suits me perfectly, providing seamless Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and friendly 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find parking. I always feel welcomed and look forward to returning for Christmas.

walking distance, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and well maintained, but the weak Wi-Fi signal was a hassle during my stay. The staff's friendliness was a major plus, adding to the overall experience.

I was dismayed by the mix-up with billing, as the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and chaotic. They double-charged me for my room, and when I called customer service for assistance, the representative was unhelpful and rude, even hanging up on me. Additionally, the breakfast pricing felt misleading. I expected complimentary service and ended up paying a hefty $15 per plate for a subpar selection.

I found the walk from the parking area to the hotel quite inconvenient, especially with luggage!!! It's surprising that a handicap room had a slick shower floor — surely that could be addressed!!! Also, beware of the somewhat noisy street noise from nearby traffic!!!

Consider visiting the lobby for complimentary ice water during hot weather—an excellent way to stay hydrated while exploring the area.

The location was ideal, with an array of restaurants within walking distance. The staff, particularly Peyton, provided excellent service, making check-in seamless and offering useful local insights. However, there was inconsistency in service at the front desk during check-out, which felt rushed and inattentive, and I encountered an unexpected additional charge on my bill that was unclear at check-in.

The hotel is super close to outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. The 40-inch LCD televisions are great for chilling in the room after a day out. Definitely check out local dining options nearby!

i previously stayed in ogden and had a decent experience, but this time, the king room was noticeably cleaner and more spacious. i was impressed with the welcoming lobby setup that included free cookies, lemonade, and coffee. the staff made check-in effortless and even provided useful info about breakfast and local spots.

air conditioning didn’t cool properly.

I loved the unique bathroom setup that allowed for some mobility challenges, which made things easier for us. The internet connection was excellent for all our devices too! However, be cautious about the parking as it can be quite inconvenient if you're in a wheelchair. I would definitely stay here again!
